hey y'all! my name is regine and i'm looking to move into a new place (either a sublet or lease) by 10/1.
my ideal situation: - monthly rent + utilities at $1500 (but i can stretch to $1700) - 10-15 min walk max to public transportation - a room with a closet and enough space for a bed, a desk, and a yoga mat - clean, approachable roommates. qtbipoc preferred. i'd love to be friends! - laundry in-building - cat friendly (a must for a longer lease, but is less important for a shorter sublet)
