Looking for a room closer to my new job

I’m a historical interpreter and seamstress looking for a room to rent. I’ve spent the last three years in a shared house so I know to keep my projects to my space. While I’m an extrovert, I do value quiet for research and sleep. My work schedule and my interests means I won’t be staying out late at bars or clubbing, and I rarely, if ever, drink. I also don’t smoke, I need my voice. I also lived for three years without a dishwasher, so I know how to clean up after myself while cooking. While I can’t promise I’ll always be silent as a dormouse, I can promise that I know not to bring over visitors and to not keep odd hours
