Searching for a Room

Hi there,

My name is Caden and I am currently on the hunt for a room to rent with my 10 year old chiweenie, Gumbo (he gets along with literally everyone, he even developed a meaningful friendship with the mailman over the last three years, and if you are sitting on your stoop? He insists on stopping by to say hello).

My budget is approximately $950 (without utilities), but I can go up on that a little if necessary.

The ideal spot will be on the first floor, or at least the staircase to the higher floors will be well-lit and not too steep (I have a mobility issue that requires the use of a cane).

Other desired features include having a park nearby so Gum can go for a quiet walk. central air conditioning, LGBTQIA+ household (ideal, but not a requirement)),

I love reading, old films, going out in nature, visiting local museums, lectures, coffee houses, and more. I do not drink or eat meat, but I'm not bothered by other people doing so.

I also have Disney+ and Hulu that everyone in the house is welcome to use!
