I’m moving due to a sudden 45% rent hike at my current place. My 30-day notice is in, and I am looking to secure a new apartment immediately so I can transition smoothly into my upcoming nursing program. Since my studies will keep me busy, I am looking for a peaceful, supportive home environment to unwind. I come with two well-behaved male cats who are clean, quiet, fixed and excellent study buddies.

Quiet and focused: Between classes and clinicals, I will be studying a lot. I respect quiet hours and shared spaces.

Proactive animal care: I am incredibly clean with my two cats. 2 years after owning them, I developed an allergy to cats, so I vacuum regularly to keep the space completely tidy and hair-free and scoopy litter daily. I have had friends over that also have allergies to cats who don’t take medicine and they are comfortable and can hang out without issue.

Reliable and responsible: Going into healthcare means I value communication, respect, and reliability. I’ve been living on my own for almost 4 years. I’m practiced at paying bills & expenses on time. Before that my ex and I split expenses 50/50 for the our entire relationship for 8 years.

Low-maintenance and friendly: I love a casual chat or sharing a meal in the kitchen, but I am equally happy doing my own thing and giving everyone their space.
