Hi! I’m a 31-year-old software/tech professional visiting NYC solo from September 12 to September 19 (7 nights).

I am clean, quiet, non-smoker, and very respectful of shared spaces and house rules. I’ll be out exploring and working around the city for most of the day, so I’m just looking for a clean, safe spot to sleep at night.

My budget is $300 to $350 USD total for the week. I am completely flexible with shared rooms, living room partition setups, air mattresses, or private rooms in NYC or nearby NJ (Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark near PATH/transit).
