ISO 2 rooms for my brother an I

Hello I'm Shann, a business owner, model, and music student at LIU Brooklyn. I recently was given responsibility of my 28 year old brother Sean who is a level 1 autistic adult. He is moving from Florida to come live with me and we are looking for a place to move together so that I can assist him in building his life here in New York while still maintaining my own. We are quiet, clean, polite and to ourselves. We would prefer a 2 bedroom to ourselves of course but with the housing market the way it is here in NYC we are open to another roommate if it makes sense. I'd prefer staying as close to my business in Sunset Park, Industry City as possible but open to surrounding areas so long as the commute is decent. We are ready for an immediate move as Sean is staying with family and I have been bouncing around between sublets waiting to find the right place.
