Seeking Dog Friendly Roommate

Hi there, keeping an eye out for a private room with a private bathroom with a tub. I work from home , so I need someone who either works out of the home or works from home without a lot of noise during the day.

Roommate: ideally female / LGBTQ, likes big dogs

Pet note: I have a 10 year old medium size female German Shepherd who loves people, but not other animals, so I need someone who likes dogs but doesn't have any. Since she is a shepherd, she will visit with anyone I live with, so I hope that it might be acceptable for her to request pets. She is well behaved inside, potty trained, quiet, and not destructive.

Location: Open, but hoping to find someplace with green space nearby and/or a view , within a walkable distance to the beach a big plus.
