31-Year-Old Working Professional Looking for a Room/Apartment Near Whippany, NJ

Hi! I’m a 31-year-old working professional looking for a place within roughly 30 minutes of Whippany, NJ. I’m hoping to move in as soon as possible.

I’m open to a room in a house or apartment, studio, or 1-bedroom. Ideally, I’d love a room with a private entrance and some private living space, but I’m definitely open to sharing common areas if it’s a good fit and the price and location make sense.

My budget is ideally around $1,000/month, but I can be flexible up to around $1,500/month for the right situation.

I’m a non-smoker with no pets and am clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m also respectful of other people's time, privacy, and space, and I’m looking for a comfortable and respectful living environment.

I’m open to different towns in the surrounding area as long as the commute to Whippany is roughly 30 minutes or less.
