Room wanted in Colorado Springs, CO

OK, here’s my deal. I have an I have a great roommate. We’ve been friends for many many years and I’ve enjoyed living here. There’s only one problem. We live up north of Denver and I would like to live in Colorado Springs, however, my roommate doesn’t want to move and I feel like I really want a life change. I recently secured self-employment in Colorado Springs. I’m looking for someone who would like to split the rent. Preferably someone who could also pay half the deposit and I can pay the other half.
Serious increase only please. We can chat and meet in person, but I’m not sending a pic online to scammers who are looking for someone who is F-able. PS, I’m not. I’m gonna be too busy working because I’m working every single day in October and November and I don’t have time for anything else that I’m not looking for anything else. Just so you can pay half the rent. I prefer apartments $850 and under because I don’t wanna spend my entire paycheck on rent and I’m sure we can both afford $425. No problem if we both have a job.
Obviously studios and one bedrooms are cheaper. You can have the bedroom, I have no problem sleeping on the couch or I can buy myself a little sleeping bag and a pad and sleep on the floor. I really don’t care. I just need a place to live, not a luxury spa palace.
