Graduate Student Looking for a Room

I’m pretty flexible when it comes to accommodation and location, and I’m not particularly picky as long as the space is safe, clean, and reasonably comfortable. I’m open to living with roommates of different backgrounds and personalities and would prefer people who are respectful.
As a roommate, I’m clean, considerate, and pretty chill. I’m comfortable doing my part with cleaning and shared responsibilities, and I respect other people’s privacy and space. I’m mainly looking for a place where everyone can get along, communicate well, and live comfortably together. I’m also a graduate student at Brooklyn College studying History, so I’ll be focused on school while also looking for work in NYC.
