Hi! I’m 23 years old and from Berlin, Germany. I recently finished my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and will be moving to the NYC/NJ area for a three-month internship at BASF in New Jersey before starting my Master’s degree.
I’m looking for a furnished private room from September 19th until mid-December, preferably in Manhattan, Hoboken, or Jersey City.
I’ll most likely be working at the office five days a week, so I won’t be working from home much. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and pretty easy-going as a roommate.
In my free time, I’m really into sports and staying active, and I also enjoy watching soccer. Since it’ll be my first time living in New York, I’m really excited to explore the city, check out different neighborhoods, restaurants and bars, and generally make the most of my time there.
I’d love to live with people who are friendly and open to occasionally grabbing a drink, watching a game, exploring the city, or doing something together. At the same time, I’m also very respectful of everyone’s privacy and personal space, so I’m not looking for a party apartment.
Regarding finances, I can provide my BASF internship contract as proof of income, and my parents can also provide additional financial backing if needed.
