30F Native NYer, peaceful short or long term

I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and pretty quiet at home. I’m friendly and communicative and enjoy having a warm rapport with the people I live with, but I also really value independence, privacy, and a peaceful home environment.

I’m ideally looking for something longer-term, though I’m open to a good temporary arrangement if the fit is right. Brooklyn, Manhattan, and parts of Queens are all possibilities for me. I’m especially drawn to neighborhoods that are walkable, have some character, and make it easy to get around the city.

I’m also open to a household that feels a little more personal or companionable than a completely anonymous roommate setup, as long as there’s mutual respect, clear boundaries, and everyone feels comfortable.
