56, VA money, plus my hustles. I make crow snacks. My neutered, chill, cat and I are usually at home with my mom. So, not around alot. Don't need parking. Don't party anymore, so 3 drink max, and not that often. Drinky=Fatty. I'll respect your space, and WON'T touch your stuff, closed fact, full stop. Ima little quirky, very honest, have spotless rental history, and over a 750 credit score. I don't really care for others (outside the household) in my personal space. I'd rather visit. So, I won't have a string of new people (2 U) traipsing through the spot. Long term single, and NOOOOO plans on changing that. I'm vegetarian, LGBTQ 😜😁 and I like good smells!!!
