Room wanted in Las Vegas

I’m a 49-year-old working professional looking for a comfortable, respectful place to call home. I’m available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of up to $1,300 per month.

I’m friendly, easygoing, responsible, clean, and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. I enjoy good conversation and getting to know the people I live with, but I also appreciate downtime and understand the importance of personal space.

I work full-time from home, so a reliable internet connection is important. Depending on the setup, I may need the ability to connect my work computer directly to the Wi-Fi router with an Ethernet cable. My job involves speaking with clients over the phone throughout the day, so there will be normal conversation coming from my workspace during working hours. My workday begins at 6:00 a. m., so I want to be upfront about that for anyone who may be sensitive to morning noise.

I’m typically up around 5:00 a. m. every morning, although I’m definitely not an early-to-bed person—I’m usually up until around 11:00 p. m. or midnight. I’m mindful of noise and respectful of others regardless of the hour.

I’m open to living with either men or women and don’t have a particular age preference. For me, compatibility is much more about personality, mutual respect, communication, and having a positive living environment.

I’m hoping to find a roommate situation that feels relaxed and comfortable—somewhere we can both feel at home rather than simply sharing an address.
