Room wanted, Upper East Side, up to $2,000

Here’s the pitch: I live in Connecticut. I’m looking for a room in the city for the nights I’m here, which is a handful a week, sometimes fewer. I’m not moving in so much as occasionally materializing.

What that means for you: no one on your couch at 2pm, no one’s laundry in the machine when you need it, no dishes that aren’t mine. I come in, I sleep, I leave. I’m friendly when we overlap and invisible when we don’t.

I’m tidy, I keep normal hours, no pets, no parties, no boyfriend moving in by degrees. Happy to provide references, and happy to meet for a coffee so you can confirm I’m not strange.
