Hi! I’m Irene (25), and I’m moving to NYC in mid-September 2026 to work as an architect for the next two years. I’m currently looking for a room in a shared apartment, and I’m also completely open to subleasing!

My budget is around $1,300/month.

A little about me: I’m calm, easygoing, and fun. I enjoy traveling, being in nature, and meeting new people, and I also dance flamenco (very Spanish of me). I’m quite social and enjoy spending time with friends, but I also really enjoy my alone time reading or binge-watching a good series. I’m independent, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.

Areas I’m interested in: Manhattan (except Harlem/Heights), Brooklyn, or Queens, ideally within 35–40 minutes of my job near Madison Square Park.
