Researcher Looking for a Room in San Ramon

I’m a research scientist relocating to the San Ramon area for a new position starting mid-September. I’m looking for a private bedroom in a clean, comfortable apartment or condo, preferably with private bathroom. My target budget is $1,300–$1,600/month plus utilities, depending on the room and location.

I’m primarily looking in San Ramon or Dublin, with easy access to Bishop Ranch/San Ramon by walking or public transit. A September 15–20 move-in would be ideal.

I’m a working professional in my early 30s, clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I’ll generally be working normal weekday hours. I enjoy reading, writing, science, good conversation, and exploring new places.

I’m looking for a roommate who is similarly considerate and communicative. I’m open to either joining someone who already has a 2BR apartment or finding a place together with the right person.
