Architecture Intern (OMA) Furnished Room/ Studio

Hi! I'm Santiago, an architect from Colombia. I'm moving to NYC starting October 1st for a 5-6 month internship at OMA, whose office is in the Hudson Square area of Manhattan.

I'm looking for:

• A private room in a shared apartment/house, or a small furnished studio
• A quiet, clean, and comfortable environment
• Move-in: October 1
• Length: 5–6 months (short-term/sublet welcome)
• Budget: $800–$1,200/month
• Location: Flexible — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or even Jersey City all work, as long as the commute to south Manhattan (Hudson Square/SoHo) is reasonable

Im 23 and grew up mostly in Bogotá, most recently living in Oslo, Norway for almost a year. I'm tidy, respectful, and easygoing — happy to keep to myself or hang out, whatever works. I love art (museums, galleries, exhibitions, you name it) and I try to catch as much of it as I can wherever I live. Outside of that, I enjoy running, cooking, and watching movies. I've lived and worked in international offices before, so I know how to be a considerate roommate/tenant.
