Seeking Roommates to Team Up & Start New Lease!

About Me:
Hi there! I am a leftist, creative, and neurodivergent-friendly person looking to team up with 1–2 like-minded people to sign a brand-new lease together. I am currently staying with a friend in the South Metro area while I coordinate my next move and work with local placement agencies. I have solid savings tucked away to fully cover my move-in costs and initial rent, so I am ready to move quickly for the right fit.
Personally, I enjoy a collaborative/social house rather than a business set up. I am a clean, respectful, and relatively quiet person, but I really want to live with roommates who can become genuine friends. I’d love a household where we can chat, share a meal, or watch a movie, instead of just passing each other like strangers in the hallway.
What I’m Looking For:
* Budget: Under $900 a month (including my share of utilities).
* Location: Highly walkable pockets near an RTD Light Rail station; ideally in Englewood, Downtown Littleton, or Denver neighborhoods like Baker or Capitol Hill.
* Vibe: Inclusive, progressive, open-minded, and alternative.
