I'm looking to get out from underneath a horrid parent as soon as possible. I aiming for a space that is clean (meaning no 420) and preferably not noisy. I don't have a problem with gender as long as they don't have a problem with mine. I'm currently working full time, so I won't be home most of the time. I'm not very social so there won't be guests.
