Two siblings looking for a place to settle!

Hiya! Im Keira Braddock, a 19 year old female freelance artist and animator. My little brother (18) and I are looking to share a small room to stay and settle into for a couple months. This is for the sake of him finding work, as well as me having an address to receive merchandising by my manufacturer to sell at my online shop (small plushies and acrylics). My freelance income typically ranges from $300-$1000 a month, but I do have interviews coming up in the start of September for higher paying jobs. We are looking to stay mainly 3/6 months or 8 at the very most. We also have parents, who make $5,000 a month, that are willing to help as guarantors. Our budget is about $2,300 monthly. My main work is remote, meaning I am able to stay home to wash dishes and laundry, clean, and help take care of the place.
