A Full-time working professional woman, working with an employer located at Potrero Street, Santa Cruz. Preferred moving date is 5 Sep, flexible up to the end of September. I am flexible for short and long periods upon agreement. Looking for a private bedroom (IF possible, a private bathroom, but flexible to have a shared one with a clean ONE female mate), in a studio or small apartment shared with a FEMALE only contained of 2 bedrooms, owned by a women-only household. My monthly budget is up to $1300. Looking for a non-smoker & no pet preferences. Prefer to share the place with work professional woman or a mature graduate student who has commons with me. I am a very clean, responsible, quiet person with, respect mates with no noise. NO male visits to the house are allowed for the safety of women living away from families.
