Room wanted in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, CA

Hi! I’m a full-time student at College of the Canyons and currently work at Starbucks, so I can absolutely hook you up with free coffee on my way home lol. I’m also looking for a second job as I work toward becoming more independent.

I’m looking for a place that’s comfortable with musicians. I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces, but my music career does mean I have a fair amount of gear that needs to live with me. I also occasionally record auditions, although I’m more than happy to find somewhere outside the home to record if that’s preferred.

My budget is unfortunately around $850/month, but I’m very willing to contribute in other ways! Whether that’s taking on more of the cleaning/cooking, helping around the house, or, of course, supplying the occasional Starbucks coffee.

I’m hoping to find a home where everyone can be respectful of each other’s space and routines!
