Seeking a room in the city

Hi! Shane here, 29 and gay. Would truly love to live in lower Manhattan somewhere, basically anywhere from fidi up to hells kitchen area but would also consider upper west side, and maybe parts of brooklyn. This is my first year in the city so I'm really wanting to get that full on city experience.

I'm not in need of a huge room, I don't really own much besides clothes so its easy for me to move in and get settled. I do currently work in the content creator space, so that would be something we would have to talk about as I would have people over to the apartment to film with in my room (in a very professional and respectful sense, not loud and disturbing anyones peace.)

Hoping to keep price pretty low as I get established here, as close to 1k a month would be excellent (tough ask I know) but probably could be able to go up to $1700 area if need be.

All in all, I am VERY accommodating, hyper clean and easy to live with and be around in general. I have no drama in my life and I'm very social and happy all the time and would love to be with people of the same nature.
