Room wanted in Tempe, AZ

I am a professional male, aged 42. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $950/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 to 50.

I have no kids, pets, or ex, so no drama. I moved in with my parents again while I started my weight loss journey. I used to weight 525lbs and am now down to 256lbs. It’s time to move out from their house, but cost of living has got so bad, I can’t do that on my own anymore and took to looking for a room to rent.

I have the same full time job for the last 8 years. I always pay my bills on time. I watch tv or play video games in my room and always with headphones on, so I am very quiet. I do not smoke. I eat very little now due to my on going weight loss journey. I am clean, but not a neat freak.

I do work from home in my room. My shift is not an ordinary one. I work 1am-9:30am sun-thurs. Due to this, I go to bed around 6pm but sleep with ear buds so don’t worry about noise. So meals, and down time are not usually the same time as others so I stick to myself a lot.
