Professional mom seeking peaceful Reno home

Preferably another single mom. Hi! I’m relocating back to the Reno/Sparks area after spending the summer in California and am looking for a clean, peaceful place to call home.

A little about me: I’m a working professional and entrepreneur with several years of experience in property management. I work primarily from home, although I’m frequently out for work, the gym, errands, and activities. Having worked in property management for years, I’m very respectful of the homes I live in and understand what it means to be a responsible tenant.

I have a 9-year-old son, Easton, who is with me on weekends, as well as a well-behaved service dog, Lily, who is a poodle.

We’re clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing. I live a pretty active but peaceful lifestyle. I don’t party at home and, as a personal preference and for my child’s safety, I don’t have guests coming in and out of my home.

I’m open to a private room, master suite, guest house, studio, or similar setup in the Reno/Sparks area. I’d especially love something where Easton and I can feel comfortable and at home on the weekends he’s with me.

I can provide proof of income, excellent rental history, professional references, and additional documentation as needed.
