Looking for spare rooms!!

Hello, My name is Trent! I’m a 23 year old single gay male and I’m moving in October from Minnesota! I’m looking for respectful and tidy roommates to share a space with for at least 12 months.

About me-
I mostly game in my free time, so enough space in my bedroom for a desk would be awesome.
I frequently use the kitchen. I prefer to cook my own meals over fast food or takeout; I’d like to think I’m pretty financially literate so cooking most of my own food just makes the most sense to me.
I’m not moving with any furniture. I would like to take my desk with me but it’s not a big deal if I have to leave it behind.
I have a car, and I am not sure I’ll be able to get rid of it until at least September 2027. So if there is no parking available that might be a non-negotiable.
I’m moving in October and I’m not sure if I will be able to tour the property until then. I have ONE friend in the area who might be able to tour for me but his schedule is not very flexible, so if that is a deal-breaker I understand.
