Seeking 3m rental in/around SJ/SantaAna/Snyvle

Hello there

Moving to SJ for a new role and am looking for a shorter term 3 month rental (1 Sep - 30 Nov) to start off with. Passenger princess without a licence yet and so proximity to a train/BART station is what I am after - I want to be able to get into downtown SJ within 30-40 minutes give or take.

I'm a professional worker but expect to be WFH for 2-3 days a week. Hobbies include enjoying live art forms such as comedy or music (jazz/rock/blues), reading, hiking and travelling. Admittedly expect to be spending large amounts of time over the next few months revising for some work qualification exam rather than the above hobbies...

As for the type of place, I would prefer somewhere that has no more than 3 bedrooms and is already furnished given my short period of stay. I would need a desk in the room, or at least space to bring one in. I don't mind sharing a bathroom, and happy to share a living room also. I may cook a few times a week - I certainly don't mind sharing meals with fellow housemates if interested! Speaking of housemates, I would say my highest priority here is people who are clean, can tidy up after themselves and are respectable to those around them.
