I’m looking for a private room to rent in Kent, WA, with a move-in date around September 1st.

I work full-time in the food service industry as a delivery truck driver for Sysco. It’s a demanding job with long hours, and I typically work 60–70 hours per week. I’m gone most of the day and would mainly be home to sleep, relax, and get ready for work.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and have experience living with roommates. I understand the importance of cleaning up after myself and respecting shared spaces. I’m also fairly introverted and enjoy my own space, so I’m friendly and communicative when needed but don’t expect roommates to socialize with me.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my girlfriend, at the gym, running errands, or working on my car. I also spend some nights at my girlfriend’s place, so I’m generally not home very often.

I do have a car with an aftermarket exhaust and occasionally leave for work between 3:00–6:30 AM. I’m mindful of the noise and leave immediately rather than letting the car sit and idle.
