Private Bed/Bath wanted Greensboro-High Point Area

Hi, I am single, with no children, trying to reduce my living expenses over the next two years to reach some personal goals by reducing my housing costs. I am honest, friendly, respectful, clean, and pay my bills on time. I am a Christian. I can respect that people are different from me, and I choose to live with who I get along with, as would anyone. Lol

What I Need
I am looking for a “home share” where I rent a bedroom and private bath and have access to the kitchen, dining, and laundry, plus utilities and parking for one monthly fee. I need a safe environment, where I can feel comfortable cooking and relaxing, not just being stuck in my room. I am not a partier, don’t smoke, and don’t have a big social life. However, I enjoy going to dinner or playing board games, etc. once in a while. The other situation I am open to is looking for a place together with another person (to become roommates).

I am available to move as of September 10, 2026, and have a budget of $600-$850/month (all-inclusive, depending on size and amenities ). I am open to any location in the Piedmont Triad (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem) and the surrounding area.

You/Ideal Roomie:
I have had a male roommate, but I prefer females only, ideally 35 y. o. or older. You would also be honest, friendly, respectful, clean, and pay your bills on time. I prefer to live with someone who is a non-smoker and not a heavy drinker or partier, as I don’t live that lifestyle. Also, I do not want to live with a couple. If you are dating that is fine, but I think there should be respect when it comes to overnight stays that turn into live-in situations. BTW, I am allergic to dogs and cats now, so I don't have pets (even though I love them).
