Pastry chef seeking an apt buddy or bedroom

Heyy I’m Brenda, I’m 27 years old, I’ve been in nyc for 3 years so far, still trying to make it! lol
I work with pastries and bread but I love art, craft and photography.
I love keeping the apt cozy and full of plants and cute decorations. I’m organized and clean. I always pay bills on time and hopping for the same from my roommate. I don’t like overspending and I live on a budget but I always find a way to save money thrifting and searching a lot for things.
I like having a spacious kitchen where I can cook and bake occasionally, I have a kitchenaid mixer!!
I work mornings as you can expect, I like to go home to a peaceful environment where I can rest and be creative. I love a good view and natural sunlight, so no basements!
I like to enjoy outdoors too, I wish I could have a backyard, but for now being able to go to the park is nice.
I like to have visits at home here and there.
I currently work at Clinton hill on Fulton, I’d like to be near there or near the C train.

I can bring my current furniture or not. Love my apt but leaving for breakup reason :/
