We are a respectful, responsible couple looking for a comfortable private room in a clean, peaceful home. Our budget is up to $1,800 per month, and we are looking to move in as soon as September 2026. We do not need parking.

We would ideally like access to a kitchen, laundry, and comfortable shared living areas. A private bathroom would be a plus, but we are open to sharing a bathroom with the right household. We prefer a month-to-month arrangement, although we are open to staying longer if the living situation is a good fit.

We would be happiest living with someone who is friendly, mature, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries. We appreciate a home that feels calm, clean, and welcoming rather than a party environment.

We are both grounded and independent. We enjoy health and wellness, music, creativity, staying active, spending time outdoors, and working toward our personal and professional goals. At home, we tend to be relaxed and keep to ourselves, but we are also friendly and enjoy occasional conversation and getting to know the people we live with.

As roommates, you can expect us to clean up after ourselves, respect quiet hours and shared spaces, communicate directly if something comes up, and be considerate of everyone's schedules and privacy. We are looking for a home where everyone can feel comfortable, respected, and at ease.
