Recent College Grad Seeking Furnished Room/Studio

Hi! I'm a recent college graduate from the School of Visual Arts in New York, and I'm moving to Philadelphia for work in the arts. I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to call home.

I'm looking for a private room or studio, ideally furnished, with a budget of up to $800/month, preferably with utilities included. A private bathroom is preferred but not required. I'm especially interested in University City, West Philly, Callowhill, Fairmount, or nearby neighborhoods, but I'm open to other areas with good public transportation.

I'm a quiet and considerate roommate who keeps shared spaces clean and respects other people's privacy. I'm also friendly and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, so I'm happy with a household that's social as long as everyone has their own space and boundaries.

I'm a working artist and will be working multiple jobs in Philadelphia, so I'm looking for somewhere stable where I can settle in and focus on work. I'm open to both longer-term and flexible arrangements.
