Room Wanted Up to $1,000 a Month

I am a professional male aged 80. I am looking for a large room. I am available to move from 09/20/2026 and have a budget of $1,000/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I am open minded but prefer responsible people without major issues. No drama please, of course unless needed to just be a normal human. I like to think I am an understanding, and compassionate individual.
I was on the wild side of existence in my teens and twenties.
got married at 30 and divorced a 50, my X made me calm down and I did change. I have had an unusual life. lots of stories if interested, when I was young, I likely created too many stories to tell. Usually I can tell a few stories that most people seem to have an interest in. Actually it suprised me.
I really did not see why at first. sorta get it now.
