Room wanted in Orlando

Hi! I’m 40 years old and work full-time in hospitality at Disney Springs. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home, ideally somewhere close to work.

I’m clean, organized, respectful, and easygoing. I’m a non-smoker, don’t use drugs, and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and having a comfortable home environment.

I’m a bit of an old soul and tend to get along especially well with mature homeowners. I’m very comfortable sharing a home with someone older than me and value a mature, peaceful household where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy.

I’m looking for a private bedroom with my own private bathroom, and kitchen access is important since I cook regularly. I have my own furniture, so unfurnished would be preferable, but I’m completely open to a furnished room as well.
