Single man looking for one room

I am writing to express my interest in a room rental beginning this fall. I am employed full-time at Amazon and maintain a quiet, unobtrusive lifestyle. I would appreciate access to the stove and kitchen sink, if possible. I do not have pets but am comfortable with their presence in the household. I am open to negotiating the monthly rent; however, my preferred range is approximately $700. My target move-in date is no later than November. I have a previous landlord for reference. I am not interested in sharing the same room. I will not answer empty listings or send my email. Must have real pictures of listing.
