Hi, I'm Tomas, a PhD student at NYU looking for a comfortable, stable place for the coming academic year.

I'm pretty quiet and independent at home, clean and considerate about shared spaces, and generally easy to live with. I'd be happiest in a relatively calm household - ideally with one roommate or a small number of people - where everyone is friendly but also comfortable having their own space.

I'm spending this year primarily working on my dissertation, so I'm looking for somewhere that feels settled rather than like a constantly changing short-term share. I've lived in NYC for five years and am genuinely open to the range of neighborhoods I’ve selected in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Jersey City.

I have reliable university funding and savings and can provide references and documentation if helpful.

I'm hoping to find a place where the overall fit feels easy and mutually comfortable. Please feel free to get in touch if you think your room might be a good match.
