Single man looking for short or long term rental

Howdy! Quiet roommate here, drama free and will respect rules we agree upon. I have rented a room in my house so familiar with what a good roomie looks like. I have an online business and work from home most days. I like to pay a couple months rent up front just to make sure everyone is comfy. (Month to month after that dont get crazy on me lol). I do use tobacco, but will never smoke or vape in my space. I will drink socially and if you're into anything else I don't much care as long as it's away from my rented space.
