🏡 Looking for a Clean, Quiet room to rent

Hi! I’m looking for a clean, quiet room to rent at least through January 1st, and possibly much longer if it’s the right fit!

I’m building my fitness business here and would really love to stay in the area. I’m working hard to grow my client base, so having a peaceful home environment where I can recharge and focus is really important to me.

A little about me:
• I’m very clean, quiet, respectful, and active.
• I work, train at the gym, and spend a lot of my free time building my business, so I’m rarely just sitting around the house.
• I love to cook, but I usually meal prep about 3 days at a time, so I wouldn’t be taking over the kitchen every day.
• I’m happy to help around the home when needed.
• I also have a sweet 9-year-old Yorkie who is very well behaved, quiet, and well cared for. She mostly just relaxes and sleeps.

For the right home, I’m also very open to a combination of rent + exchanging some of my professional services for reduced rent.

I’m a certified personal trainer and massage therapist, and I can offer:
• Personal training / gym sessions
• Macro & nutrition guidance
• Massage therapy
• Fitness and accountability support

I’ve only been in California about 8 months and I’m working hard to establish more clients here. I’m hoping to find someone who has a nice, peaceful space and sees the value in an arrangement that can benefit both of us.
