Looking for a unicorn to our unique situation.

My husband and I both work at the same art organization, but live in the valley and spend part of the week in LA when we need to be in the office, so we are looking for something close to work.

We are both working professionals (in Finance and Project Management) we are super tidy, easygoing, and quiet, and we generally prefer to spend our time at home outside the area.

We are looking for a very part time living situation, on average one night a week.

We are available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1000/month.
