Room Wanted: Clean Home, Good Vibes

Hello-- I am relocating back to NYC from San Diego after 10 years!

Looking for a room (and a fellow clean human)!
When I say I'm clean, I don't mean "I clean once a week." I mean shoes-off-at-the-door, wipe-the-counter-after-you-use-it, don't-let-dishes-marinate-in-the-sink clean. I'm hoping to find a roommate who lives similarly.

A little about me:
• Work full-time outside the home
• Love cooking, meal prepping, and trying new recipes
• Dogs are welcome 🐶
• Cats are not (my allergies have entered the chat)
• Big believer in open communication and being considerate of the people I live with

I'm looking for a month-to-month arrangement because I plan to apply for affordable housing and want to be completely transparent about that upfront.
As for roommate vibes: we don't need to become best friends, but I'd love to live with someone who says hello, chats occasionally, and doesn't make it feel like we're awkwardly sharing an Airbnb.

I also really enjoy hosting and meeting new people—especially during football season. I'll happily open my home for a game day, good food, and good company. Bonus points if you're a 49ers fan. ❤️💛

I'm the kind of roommate who notices you're low on creamer and grabs one while I'm at the store, cleans up after myself, and respects shared spaces.
