I’m so excited to come upon your advertisement. It seems so warm and inviting. It’s just what I’m looking for. 
I’m free to talk anytime about renting your space. 
I’m a warm and congenial woman of 69 who is relocating to CA from the East Coast. 
I’ll be driving myself in my mini Buick Encore SUV packed with my belongings by mid September. I’d of course be willing to pay rent till I get there. 
I can be reached anytime day or night. I have lived in Beverly MA in the same house for over 40 years. I’m so looking forward to for a change of environment due to the sporadic barometric pressure systems that blow through here. I need to say goodbye to four seasons living.
