Novelist/Lecturer

I'm looking to move before the end of August. I'll be moving alone; long-term is preferred, but short-term is fine too. Please, let's briefly talk on the phone.

I'm a Creative Writing/English Literature Lecturer. I've won the American Book Award and am writing and researching my third literary book (under contract), funded by grants from UPenn, Brown U, and Creative Capital (NYC). I'm very quiet, clean, and considerate; I wear earbuds a lot, so my room is mostly silent, and noise doesn't bother me as much. I don't drink, smoke, or use drugs—no children, pets, or guests. I'm a minimalist; I own only a mobile bedside desk, two bags, a basket, and a book bin. I enjoy experimental literature and film, advanced yoga, sprinting, and HIIT workouts. I'm a keto dieter who fasts daily, so I eat once a day (I cook eggs, tuna, or salmon and clean my dishes in 30 minutes), and I also practice prolonged fasting.
