Really quiet, really clean, really kind BF

I am sure LA is cool, but I have grown to learn that it is not for me. I am starting the process of moving back home and need a temporary room for rent. I am thinking I need about 6 months, but if it takes a little longer, I am ok with that. I would give you ample notice. I pay my bills on time and my current lease just ended, and I don't want to sign a new year-long lease. I am employed, quiet, kind, respectful, and can put you in contact with my previous landlord who can attest that I pay my bills on time and take care of the space I rent. I am seeking a place with no pets and my own bathroom. I would also prefer having designated parking, as having to park 3 miles from home isn't something I want to do. :)
I am college educated, employed, very easy to get along with, and have been told that I am funny! As long as you are respectful, clean, and don't worship the devil, we should be cool.
