Looking for a Roommate — SF/Bay Area

Hi everyone! I’m relocating from Louisiana to the Bay Area at the end of September for an internal job transfer and am looking for a roommate to find a 2-bedroom apartment together.

A little about me: I’m 31, work full-time, and have a sweet French bulldog named Lady. I’m friendly and social, but I really value having a peaceful, comfortable home. I like exploring new restaurants and neighborhoods, traveling, working out, cooking, and having a cozy space to come home to.

What I’m looking for:

* Another woman, ideally late 20s–40s
* Full-time employed / financially responsible
* Clean and respectful of shared spaces
* Dog-friendly
* Non-smoker
* Communicative and considerate
* Okay with having friends over occasionally, but not looking for a party house
* Someone who wants a friendly roommate relationship while still respecting each other’s space and independence

Areas: San Francisco, Daly City, Oakland, Berkeley, or other areas with a reasonable commute to downtown SF

My target: Ideally around $1,400–$1,700 each, depending on the apartment/location.

Move-in: Late September / around October 1
