Hello! I'm currently seeking a new space as the owners of my current residence are selling off the property. I currently work remotely as a CAD Technician, primarily doing Verizon work through other Vendors, although I am always on the look out for new jobs and opportunities.
My credit score currently sits above 750, despite some hardships I consider myself pretty good with money, I have no criminal record, very clean and courteous and my roommate would even be willing to provide a letter of recommendation.
I am very quiet and tend to stick to myself except for the night outs, I enjoy getting a chance to experience New York city for what it has to offer, I write, make music, I enjoy a drink here and there and love getting to know new people, hearing their stories and trying new things.
I have been described as "motherly" amongst other things. I would do my roommates dishes and clean up just out of habit, I like to maintain a comfortable space at all times, I don't mind pets so long as they are taken care of properly (litter boxes are maintained, etc).
