Professional Seeking Furnished Room Near Downtown

I’m a 47-year-old marketing executive relocating to Boston for a new position in the financial services industry. I’m looking for a furnished private room or small apartment for approximately 3–6 months, ideally beginning in September.

I’ll work from my downtown office during the week and return to my permanent residence in another East Coast city on most weekends and holidays. I’m quiet, clean, respectful and easy to live with. I’m married, a nonsmoker, have no pets and can provide proof of employment, income and excellent references.

I’m hoping to find a comfortable, well-maintained, furnished place with utilities included, ideally within walking distance of downtown or a short ride away by public transportation. An established household with other professionals would be ideal.
