I'm looking to potentially sublet a furnished room or do a lease take over starting in September or October.
I'm a 30 y/o professional who works in Midtown, so ease of access to the subway is key. I sometimes work from home as well (about twice a week). I have no pets.
I'm a clean person, i love to cook (when i can), i love going to the movies, watching shows and occasionally going out with my friends.
