- Budget : Upto 1200 - Private Bedroom - Female Roommates (preferably in their mid 20s/ grad students) - Safe neighborhood - 30 minutes or less commute to Union Square. - Open to Brooklyn & Jersey City (Clinton Hill, Prospects Park, Bedford- Stuyvesant ,Crown heights, Newport, Journal Square, Hoboken ) - Prefer a clean, respectful and quiet home.
-dealbreakers : in unit washer/dryer, heater and A/c & easy commute to union square.

As a roommate, I’m clean, responsible and easy going, and value open communication. In my free time I enjoy exploring the city, visiting the park or art museums, hunting down good coffee & food places, going out for a run or simply just having a quiet night in.
