Hi! I'm a tech professional relocating to Santa Monica for work, and I'm looking for a private room in a friendly, easygoing household starting September 5.
A bit about me: I'm clean, respectful, and quiet at home, and I don't smoke. Outside of work you'll usually find me out for a run or exploring the outdoors, so I'm not someone who's around making noise all day.
What I'm looking for:
Budget: around $1,700/month
Move-in: September 5
Length of stay: happy to commit long-term, but open to a minimum of 3 months
Location: close to the beach, ideally around the Wilshire-Montana / Downtown Santa Monica area (near Ocean Ave and Wilshire). Ocean Park and Mid-City would also be great, since they keep me close to both the water and Palisades Park for morning runs.
I'm after a comfortable room in a well-kept place with housemates who are considerate and drama-free. Happy to answer any questions, and glad to hop on a video call so we can make sure it's a good fit both ways.
